Sometimes it feels that you're not on the right track. Or you might feel completely lost. Encountering different obstacles on your path and it feels you can't do this alone anymore any longer.  You're stuck. Going around in circles. Unable to move forward, no matter how hard you try.  Your world is getting smaller and smaller. A prisoner of yourself, whereas in the same time you're losing yourself more and more. Out of control and all alone floating in a little boat on an endless sea. 

Then it's time to change direction.  When nothing goes right, go up. Move on through transformation and growth. Set off on a journey towards yourself, where you will discover and reconnect the lost parts of you. Build bridges between body & mind and become whole again. In a way that works for you with an unique approach. 

Various therapeutic interventions are provided, focused on the combination of mind and body, such as mindfulness, systemic thinking and constellation work, insight-giving therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, yoga, somatic experiencing and reiki. Areas of treatment include, among others, addiction, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, life-phase problems, communication and assertiveness skills. The mind body coaching is focused on your individual needs and together we will consider your particular situation and preferences to determine which approach may be best for you. We can work in one-to-one sessions (live or via Skype), group sessions, workshops, retreats and personal programmes. 

As a fellow traveller, I walk with you and provide a focus and compass for people who want to discover the hidden track(s) and support you on your way to yourself.

Do you ever feel too overwhelmed to deal with your problems? If so, you're not alone. More than a quarter of world's population experience depression, anxiety or another mental disorder in any given year. Others need help coping with a serious illness, losing weight or stopping smoking. Still others struggle to cope with relationship troubles, job loss, the death of a loved one, stress, substance abuse or other issues. And these problems can often become debilitating.

Psychotherapeutic sessions can help you work through such problems. Through psychotherapy, people of all ages are helped to live happier, healthier and more productive lives. In these sessions various therapeutic interventions are provided, focused on the combination of mind and body.


Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment that is grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.


We will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. By the time you’re done, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will have learned new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges arise in the future.

Often we forget our bodies in the journey towards ourselves. On the road we have travelled so far, we passed along obstacles and challenges and it was often the mind that made choices. The consequences of these choices are not only being stored in our memory, but also in the cells and tissues of our body. The support of a body oriented intervention helps to accept the here & now and to use the body as an entrance to work further on different layers.


From a holistic perspective you will work on balancing body and mind with the aid of different yoga tools used in a therapeutic way. Yoga tools includes yoga asana (poses), pranayama & breathing techniques, meditation, cleansing techniques and nutrition and will support you in an integral way to bring you back into balance in body and mind.   

No body is the same and everyone is different. Therefore I offer you a personal treatment (groups are possible as well) taking care of possibilities and life situations, working together towards healing and health. 


If you're thinking of becoming a yoga teacher, I kindly refer to the 200 RYT Yogaplace Docentenopleiding in the Netherlands that I'm teaching together with Manon Simonis. This unique teacher training gives you the opportunity to integrate the tradition of yoga as a life style. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.


A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. It is a great tool for stress reduction and relaxation and can be used for one’s personal wellness. Reiki is not a cure for a disease or illness, but it may assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing. It is very beneficial in complementing traditional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings.

A reiki session takes about one hour, including a short intake on your situation and an evaluation afterwards. Distance reiki healing is also possible.
